We had been working with a diminishing viable pool of employees pre-Covid and the number of worthwhile candidates withered even more once we were faced with the changes brought on by Covid in 2020. Fortunately, we were referred to Cumbre Insurance Services LLC, who is an Acrisure Agency Partner, and they have become our “knight in shining armor”!

Presently we have four Cumbre staff members. For several years we had been contemplating how to better utilize our in-house staff for Personal Lines.  We were trying to focus on our Elite Client Group division and needed Account Managers (AM’s) equipped to handle our standard homeowners division.  We looked to one of our Agency Partners, Cumbre/Direct Link for assistance.  They were able to help with handling a nice revenue size book with two licensed Individuals working remote for the past 4+ years.  We could not be happier with their management style and service!  The AM’s have been doing an exceptional job and fit in with our Personal Lines team as if they were one of us.
